BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT CLEAN MACHINE PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE
There may be UNAUTHORIZED parties selling COUNTERFEIT Clean Machine on Amazon and eBay at deeply discounted prices. We are alerting our valued customers, retailers and distributors that we are aware of this pricing integrity issue and actively working to resolve it.
For counterfeit products sold on Amazon or eBay by Non-Authorized Retailers, Clean Machine will NOT honor our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from suspicious websites and unauthorized retailers.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS RETURN POLICY

Please make sure that you have read the Return Policy in detail before making any purchases on CLEANMACHINEonline.com.

RETURN POLICY

CLEAN MACHINE® will accept returns  purchased directly from CLEAN MACHINE® (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:

All CLEAN MACHINE® items to be returned must have a Return Authorization number (RA#). Customer must contact CLEAN MACHINE® with reason for return in order to obtain the RA#. This RA# must be written on the return package in order to be considered for a refund or exchange. 

Apparel: All Apparel is custom-made by a third party and therefore cannot be returned for reimbursement.

Accessories: Shaker bottles must be in original packaging and unused.

Dietary Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, you must obtain authorization from CLEAN MACHINE® prior to returning your item. 

Electronic media (DVDs, CDs, mp3, and other downloadable files): Owing to piracy issues, electronic media cannot be returned for reimbursement.

Printed products (books, calendars, posters, etc.): To be considered for reimbursement, all printed products and all other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

All items must be received by CLEAN MACHINE® within 60 days of purchase. In all cases refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Return shipping must be paid by customer. Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return, so make sure you have shipped it via a carrier that can provide you with tracking info. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Place items to be returned in shipping package. Write “RA#” (see above) on the top of the return package.

Ship using the carrier of your choice. If you are making an exchange, you will be charged postage for the new item as well as any difference owed in the exchange.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS ANY SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TARIFFS AND TAXES.
