Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to get a blast of nutrients in a quick, tasty drink. This post-workout smoothie is one of our favorites. 

 

In addition to being one of our favorite workout drinks, the Rainbow Smoothie contains plenty of fruit that pack a powerful punch of health benefits. 

Pineapple has plenty of Vitamin C and manganese. Mango, while being especially delicious, boosts your immunity while also aiding in your gut’s health. The banana in this smoothie provides potassium, which is especially important to be replaced after hard workouts.

And you’ve probably heard blueberries listed as a superfood, and coupled with strawberries, they lower your homocysteine levels (helping to prevent heart attacks) and are a rich source of antioxidants.

Here is the quick and easy smoothie recipe: 

Add ingredients in blender and mix to desired thickness. Easy peasy!
