MYCELPRO-1 RECIPES 


Overnight Pro-Oats

Ingredients: 

  • 1-2 scoops  MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • ½ cup Organic rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • maple syrup or agave to taste
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk (adjust to preference)

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or glass container with lid
  2. Give it a good shake
  3. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Top with fruit of choice.

Cin-full Banana Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop  MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately! 

Green Pineapple Collagen Building Smoothie 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop  MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • 1 scoop Clean BCAA Lemonade
  • 1 bunch greens (of choice)
  • 1 cup light coconut milk or plant milk of choice
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave (optional, to taste if you prefer a sweeter drink)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pineapple slices for garnish 

Directions 

  1. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks.
  2. Place all ingredients (except garnish) in a high-speed blender
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more plant milk a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices for a decorative touch.

 

Berry Gut-Glow Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • 1 scoop Clean BCAA Fruit Punch
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Handful of ice cubes 

Instructions: 

  1. Add the almond milk, frozen berries, banana, chia seeds, almond butter, maple (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediatelychia thickens it, giving you a creamy, delicious texture! 

Tip: Drink right away to enjoy the perfect smoothie consistency. If you wait too long, it’ll thicken into a spoonable smoothie bowl! 

Creamy Avocado Detox Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 scoop MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • ½ lime (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds 

Instructions: 
Blend everything together until creamy, and sip your way to glowing skin and great digestion.
 

PBC MCP Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1-2 scoop MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • ½ c blueberries
  • 1 TB peanut butter 

Instructions: 
Blend everything together until creamy and drink to your health!
 

Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie Bowl 

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 scoop MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • Dash of pumpkin pie spice
  • About 8 pecans
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 2 ripe, frozen bananas
  • 1 cup ice (optional, for added thickness)  

Instructions  

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender, beginning with liquid, then powders, then the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend until well-combined and pour into glass or bowl of choice.
  3. Top with your favorite nuts, seeds, and fruits, and enjoy!  

Suggestions- 

Pour mixture over granola of your choice for a crunchy, hearty meal. 

If you are making this recipe for one, pour any leftovers into ice cube trays and place them in the freezer. This way, you can add a touch of pumpkin pie to any future smoothie you like! 

ChocoMaca PBB Smoothie

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup oat, cashew or favorite plant-based milk 
  • 1-2 scoops MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cacao powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut, almond butter (or 1/4 avocado)
  • 1 teaspoon Maca
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon agave or sweetener of choice 

Instructions 

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender, beginning with liquid, then powders, then the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend until well-combined and pour into glass or bowl of choice.

Protein Oat Cranberry Cookies (makes 12)

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut, almond butter (or 1/4 avocado)
  • 1 teaspoon Maca
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  •  ¼ cup maple syrup (or agave)
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted (or neutral oil)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3-5 tablespoons plant-based milk of choice (as needed)
  • Mix-ins: 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients (except plant milk) until smooth.
  4. Mix wet into dry, then add plant milk 1 tbsp at a time until a thick cookie dough forms (it should be scoopable, not runny).
  5. Fold in cranberries.
  6. Scoop & shape dough into balls, place on baking sheet, and gently flatten. (I flattened after 5 minutes baking)
  7. Bake for 10–13 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
  8. Cool on pan for 10 minutes to firm up.

Texture Notes
· Chewier cookies: bake closer to 10 minutes
· Crispier edges: bake 12–13 minutes
· Protein cookies firm up as they cool—don’t overbake.

Optional Add-Ins
· White or dark chocolate chips
· Chopped walnuts or pecans
· Orange zest (cranberry-orange cookies!)

No Bake MycelPro-1 Protein Bites (5 servings)

Ingredients  

  • ¾ cup Great Northern or cannellini beans (rinsed & drained)
  • 2 scoops MycelPro-1 unflavored mycelium protein
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • ¾ cup cooked sweet potato
  • 3 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut (for rolling)

Optional: vegan chocolate chips or raisins

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients except the optional chocolate chips/raisins and coconut flakes to a food processor (option to use your hands if you don't have a food processor)
  2. Process until smooth and thick, similar to cookie dough.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or raisins, if using.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (about ¾" wide).
  5. Place coconut flakes on a plate and roll each ball to coat.
  6. Store in the freezer.
  7. Remove from the freezer and let thaw for about 5 minutes before enjoying!
